š Residential: Fort Lauderdale claimed the top home sale recorded in South Florida. A 10,300-square-foot, oceanfront mansion at 3052 North Atlantic Boulevard traded for $26 million. An LLC managed by WeatherTech founder David MacNeil sold the property to an LLC tied to Pablo Umansky, president of Urban Group Realty Corp. Umansky represented himself in the sale.
