$12M Boca Raton spec mansion tops signed contracts
A waterfront spec mansion in Boca Raton asking $12 million was the most expensive listing to find a buyer in Palm Beach County last week. Buyers signed 12 contracts between July 28 and Aug. 3 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to a market report from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team.
