$18M Boca Raton mansion tops Palm Beach County signed contracts
Two homes in Boca Raton’s most expensive neighborhood, Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, topped signed contracts in Palm Beach County last week. Buyers signed 10 contracts between Aug. 4 and Aug. 10 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to a market report from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The homes that went pending last week totaled $71.5 million in asking volume and averaged 78 days on market. That’s down from $78 million in asking volume for nine homes the previous week.
