$40M “Real Housewives” sale of Coral Gables mansion tops signed contracts
Attorney Anthony Lopez and his fiancé Dr. Nicole Martin, of “The Real Housewives of Miami” fame, sold their waterfront Coral Gables estate for $40 million, topping luxury residential sales activity last week across Miami-Dade County. Buyers signed 17 contracts between July 21 and July 27, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report, which tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service.
