Air taxis could soon be zipping over West Palm Beach. Steve Ross’ Related Ross is moving forward with a plan to place a vertistop on the CityPlace Hibiscus garage, within the Ross-owned downtown center. The emerging technology is designed for electric vertical takeoff and landing aircrafts, or eVTOLs, that could carry four passengers and a pilot across short distances.
