Two teardowns sold in Miami Beach to separate buyers for more than $50 million combined, underscoring the feverish demand for waterfront land. In the larger deal, 1601 North View LLC, managed by Damian Narvaez on behalf of developer Glenn Boyer, sold the 0.6-acre property at 1601 North View Drive on Sunset Island I for $32 million, according to the agents involved in the off-market trade. Danny Hertzberg of the top-ranked Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker represented the seller, while Evan Weiss of 305 Degrees Realty represented the buyer.
