“You cutting me out?”: Broker accuses Reuben Bros, O’Connor of ghosting him on Palm Beach mega-deal

A broker who says he arranged the $200 million sale of a Palm Beach luxury shopping center is suing the center’s buyer and seller, claiming they owe him a $3 million commission. Josh Wade, founder of Delray Beach-based Flagship Partners, filed a complaint Sept. 1 in Miami-Dade Circuit Court against affiliates of Reuben Brothers and O’Connor Capital Partners.
