Attorney drops $22M on oceanfront Gulf Stream home
Local attorney Henry Rosen dropped $22 million on an oceanfront Gulf Stream home, a year after it was purchased for $21 million. Records show Rosen and his wife, Vanessa Rosen, bought the house at 3435 North Ocean Boulevard from Bon Property LLC, a Delaware entity managed by Aogán O hAoláin. The selling entity is similarly named to Bos Property LLC, another Delaware company managed by O hAoláin, which sold an oceanfront Highland Beach mansion to Millennium Management executive Justin Gmelich for $28.5 million in March.
