Auto dealer Craig Zinn pays $27M for waterfront Hillsboro Beach mansion
South Florida auto dealer Craig Zinn paid nearly $27 million for a waterfront mansion in Hillsboro Beach. Zinn acquired a 10,600-square-foot home on Hillsboro Mile, via a Delaware LLC. It has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and two half-baths. Zinn’s name was crossed off on the $21.4 million mortgage he used to purchase the property. Toyota Financial Savings Bank is his lender. The deal closed at the end of 2025. Zinn is founder and CEO of the Craig Zinn Automotive Group, which owns Acura, Lexus, Subaru and Toyota dealerships in Broward County.
