A Canadian investor signed a contract to sell their penthouse at Icon South Beach, asking nearly $29 million, and a recently banned financial adviser found a buyer for his waterfront Miami home. The pending deals are two of 22 luxury home contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between May 4 and May 11, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team.
