Bath Club condo asking $16M tops Miami-Dade luxe contracts
A unit at the Bath Club topped signed contracts in Miami-Dade County’s luxury market last week. Buyers signed 16 contracts in Miami-Dade between Oct. 6 and Oct. 12, according to the latest market report from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The report tracks contracts of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service. The homes that went pending last week total $124.3 million in asking dollar volume and averaged 191 days on market. The previous week, buyers signed 17 contracts totaling $190.4 million.
