Bear’s Club spec estate asking $39M leads luxury contracts
A spec estate in Jupiter’s exclusive Bear’s Club golf community asking $39 million was the most expensive home in Palm Beach County to go pending last week. Buyers signed 26 contracts between March 30 and April 5 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The homes that went pending last week total $198.4 million in asking dollar volume and averaged 102 days on the market. The previous week, buyers signed 24 contracts totaling $149.1 million.
