Beckhams sell One Thousand Museum penthouse for $25M
David and Victoria Beckham sold their penthouse at the Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum in downtown Miami for $24.6 million. David Beckham, the retired soccer superstar and co-owner of Miami’s Major League Soccer team, and fashion designer Victoria sold their full-floor condo at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard, property records show. Beckham Brand Limited, a United Kingdom entity, sold the unit to Delaware-based 1000 MT 59 LLC. They paid about $19.8 million for the 10,000-square-foot unit in 2020. The Beckhams have a waterfront mansion in Miami Beach.
