Billionaire Rockstar Energy founder Russell Weiner is buying a second mansion in the exclusive Stone Creek Ranch community in Palm Beach County, bringing his total spending in the neighborhood to more than $40 million, The Real Deal has learned. Weiner is under contract to purchase the 11,500-square-foot estate on 2.5 acres at 9303 Hawk Shadow Lane, he said. It’s on the market for nearly $22 million. Weiner, whose legal name is Russell Savage, is also in contract to buy the 11,500-square-foot mansion on 2.6 acres at 16071 Quiet Vista Circle, asking $20.9 million.
