Billionaire Rockstar Energy founder Russell Weiner is in contract to buy a Stone Creek Ranch mansion asking $20.9 million, The Real Deal has learned. Weiner, who has invested heavily in South Florida’s luxury residential market, has a deal pending for the mansion at 16071 Quiet Vista Circle in Stone Creek Ranch, a gated community in unincorporated Palm Beach County near Delray Beach, a source confirmed.
