Boca Raton house asking $10M tops Palm Beach County luxe contracts
A Boca Raton home in the gated St. Andrews Country Club neighborhood topped luxury contracts in Palm Beach County last week. Buyers signed 10 contracts between Oct. 6 and Oct. 12 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to a market report from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The homes that went pending last week total $47.6 million in asking dollar volume and averaged 263 days on the market.
