Brokerage boom: Engel & Völkers adds Miami Beach office, plans Coconut Grove relaunch
Engel & Völkers is expanding in Miami-Dade County. The brokerage is opening an office in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood and planning to reopen in Coconut Grove later this year, according to a press release. The offices will be led by license partners Daniel Nault and Vanessa Gomez, who joined the brokerage in 2023, LinkedIn shows. The South of Fifth office will be at 101 Ocean Drive, Suite 101.
