Calta scores approval for 499-unit Live Local Act tower in Allapattah
The Caltagirone brothers’ Calta Group scored approval for a 499-unit Live Local Act tower in Allapattah, marking one of the first Miami projects under the state law with both condos and apartments. Coral Gables-based Calta plans the 30-story Anatomia with 6,500 square feet of retail at 1415–1469 Northwest 13th Terrace in Miami, according to the developer’s news release. At its Wednesday meeting, the City of Miami Urban Development Review Board approved the project.
