Carlos Rosso, Alex Vadia complete first new condo dev in Midtown since 2018
Developers Carlos Rosso and Alex Vadia completed the Standard Residences, Midtown Miami, marking the first Standard-branded condos in South Florida. Rosso’s Rosso Development and Vadia’s Midtown Development teamed up with Hyatt on the 12-story, 228-unit building at 3100 Northeast First Avenue. They secured their temporary certificate of occupancy and began closings, according to a news release. Douglas Elliman handled sales and marketing. Sales launched in late 2021, with initial prices ranging from $329,000 to $829,000 and units ranging from 430 square feet to 965 square feet.
