South Florida’s top office deal this year was Spanish billionaire Amancio Ortega’s $274.4 million purchase of Brickell’s Sabadell Financial Center. The sellers received a higher offer from a buyer who required a loan, but they went with Ortega’s all-cash offer, a source said.
