The Coral Gables home that was previously owned by former Miami Heat player Justise Winslow is under contract to a new owner. The deal marks the second most expensive of 15 contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between Nov. 10 and Nov. 16, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report. It tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service. The properties spent 121 days on the market, on average.
