David MacNeil sells another Fort Lauderdale mansion for $26M
David MacNeil, the billionaire founder of the car mats maker WeatherTech, just sold a beachfront Fort Lauderdale mansion –– again. MacNeil sold the mansion at 3052 North Atlantic Boulevard to Pablo Umansky for $26 million, records show. It is the second time MacNeil has sold the home in three years. He previously sold the 10,300-square-foot mansion in 2023 to Bang Energy founder Jack Owoc for a then-record $40 million.
