Derek Jeter sells Coral Gables mansion for double his purchase price
Retired baseball pro Derek Jeter knocked it out of the park with the sale of his Coral Gables home. The former New York Yankees shortstop sold his seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion at 7275 Old Cutler Road for $13.2 million, The Real Deal has learned. The 8,200-square-foot house sits on nearly an acre just outside of the gated Cocoplum neighborhood. Jeter, via a Delaware LLC, paid $6.5 million for the home in 2018, which means the property just sold for more than double that amount.
