Developer Mosie Miller sells waterfront Palm Beach home for $31M
Developer Mosie Miller and his wife, Michelle, sold a renovated waterfront home in Palm Beach for $30.8 million. The Millers sold the home at 1246 North Lake Way after more than a year on the market, according to the Multiple Listing Service. The deed has yet to appear in public records, and the buyer is unknown. Christian Angle with Christian Angle Real Estate had the listing, and Margit Brandt with Premier Estate Properties brought the buyer.
