Steve and Scott Dingle’s SRD Building sold their waterfront spec mansion in Boca Raton for $75 million, marking a record for home sales in the city and within the gated Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, The Real Deal has learned. The 18,300-square-foot estate at 2500 East Maya Drive briefly hit the market for $80 million with David Roberts of Royal Palm Properties. Roberts also represented the buyer.
