Disaster relief mogul family sells oceanfront Delray Beach mansion for $30M
The family that founded one of the country’s largest disaster relief companies sold an oceanfront Delray Beach mansion for $29.6 million. Records show the 1171 Ocean LLC, a Delaware entity managed by Saily Perkins, sold the home at 1171 South Ocean Boulevard to Sunset Pine Trust, with attorney Elana Bronson signing on behalf of the buyer.
