Duell scion drops $28M on Forté on Flagler PH
Benjamin Duell, a scion of New York real estate’s Duell family, dropped $28.3 million on a penthouse in the recently completed Forté on Flagler in West Palm Beach. Records show WPB Lower Penthouse LLC, a Florida entity managed by Duell, bought unit 2401 at 1309 South Flagler Drive from an affiliate of developers Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures.
