Ex-“Real Housewives of Miami” star, fiancé attorney pay $34M for waterfront Gables Estates mansion
Attorney Anthony Lopez and his fiancée, former “Real Housewives of Miami” star, Dr. Nicole Martin, bought a waterfront mansion in Coral Gables following their recent sale of a nearby estate, The Real Deal has learned. The couple paid $34 million for the seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bedroom home at 33 Arvida Parkway in the gated Gables Estates neighborhood, Lopez told TRD. It was asking $47 million, which means they received a 28 percent discount off the asking price. The deal closed on Friday.
