Retired NFL player Rob Konrad, who survived at sea for 16 hours straight, upgraded to a new waterfront home on the same street in Ocean Ridge. Konrad, a former Miami Dolphins player turned financial adviser, sold the 3,900-square-foot, four-bedroom house at 19 Harbour Drive and bought the 4,400-square-foot, four-bedroom home at 10 Harbour Drive. Konrad sold his home for $5 million and paid about $4.8 million for the newer house. Konrad and his wife, Tammy, made a profit on their home upgrade.
