Goat Hospitality owners find buyer for $18M Pinecrest estate
The owners of Goat Hospitality Group secured a buyer during Miami Art Week for their Pinecrest estate, which is on the market for $18 million. The pending deal marks the most expensive of 14 contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between Dec. 1 and Dec. 7, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report. It tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service. The properties spent 173 days on the market, on average.
