A landmarked Palm Beach mansion, fresh off an extensive renovation, is angling for one of the priciest residential sales in the country. Casa del Ensuenos, a 1923 Venetian-style estate at 800 South County Road, hit the market asking $175 million, the Palm Beach Post reported. The 1.5-acre Intracoastal Waterway property has 200 feet of waterfront and sits just north of President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club, in one of Palm Beach’s most exclusive corridors. Designed by Addison Mizner, the society architect who shaped Palm Beach’s Mediterranean Revival identity, the estate is one of just two Venetian-style mansions he built in town.
