Historic Palm Beach estate asks $175M after herculean renovation
A landmarked Palm Beach mansion, fresh off an extensive renovation, is angling for one of the priciest residential sales in the country. Casa del Ensuenos, a 1923 Venetian-style estate at 800 South County Road, hit the market asking $175 million, the Palm Beach Post reported. The 1.5-acre Intracoastal Waterway property has 200 feet of waterfront and sits just north of President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club, in one of Palm Beach’s most exclusive corridors.
