Jade Signature closing tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales
Miami-Dade County condo sales dipped last week. Brokers closed 80 condo sales totaling $82,283,112 from Aug. 4 to Aug. 10. The previous week, brokers closed 97 condo sales totaling $104,584,533. Last week’s units sold for an average of $1,028,539, lower than the $1,078,191 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $563 from $570, according to data from Redfin. For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.7 million to $14.8 million.
