Jeff Greene gifts $80M West Palm Beach site to Vanderbilt campus
Billionaire developer Jeff Greene and his wife Mei Sze Greene are donating 1.3 acres of land valued at $80 million to Vanderbilt University’s downtown West Palm Beach campus. The gift adds to the 7 acre site donated by the City of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County in 2024, the Palm Beach Post reported. Vanderbilt Chancellor Daniel Diermeier said the additional land will reshape the project’s design and allow for a “cohesive campus, where classrooms, labs and community spaces come together seamlessly,” he said in a statement to the outlet.
