Lease roundup: Amazónico restaurant opening first US outpost in Brickell, padel facility on tap in West Palm
Amazónico | Miami A famous jungle-themed restaurant with outposts in Dubai, London, Madrid and Monte Carlo will open its first U.S. outpost in Miami’s Brickell. Amazónico leased about 40,000 square feet on three floors at the 800 Brickell office tower at 800 Brickell Avenue, according to Babak Ebrahimzadeh of Gatsby Enterprises, which owns the building. The space is on the ground floor and first two levels of the 15-story building. The lease includes space for Amazónico’s nightclub Selva, which will occupy the top level Amazónico leased.
