Naked Tomato | Miami Beach Chef Eyal Shani will open a new restaurant at the Moxy Miami South Beach hotel. Naked Tomato, inspired by roadside flavors found at Israeli gas stations and channeling the spirit of a modern diner, will open on May 14 in a 4,600-square-foot space, including 2,900 square feet for front of house operations, according to Shani’s news release. Moxy is at 915 Washington Avenue.
