Lease roundup: Kimco reaps deal spree at Dania Pointe, Grupo Eco lands Atlantic Village tenants

Skinny Louie, Warby Parker, Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza | Dania Beach Kimco Realty landed several tenants at its Dania Pointe mixed-use complex in Dania Beach.  Already open is burger restaurant Skinny Louie, leasing 1,500 square feet, according to a Dania Pointe and Kimco news release.
