Lease roundup: Kimco reaps deal spree at Dania Pointe, Grupo Eco lands Atlantic Village tenants
Skinny Louie, Warby Parker, Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza | Dania Beach Kimco Realty landed several tenants at its Dania Pointe mixed-use complex in Dania Beach. Already open is burger restaurant Skinny Louie, leasing 1,500 square feet, according to a Dania Pointe and Kimco news release. On tap in the coming weeks are Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza, which leased 2,900 square feet, and Warby Parker, which leased 1,500 square feet, followed by Miniso, a retailer for children’s toys and trendy items, which will open a 4,700-square-foot store in the summer.
