Ockap Caviar | Miami Beach Restaurant Ockap Caviar & Cuisine will open in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood. Ockap leased 3,200 square feet at a commercial unit at the One Ocean condominium building at 1 Collins Avenue, according to the landlord’s broker. Sebastian and Fabio Faerman of FA Commercial represented the landlord. Jose Vidal of Cervera Real Estate represented the tenant.
