Lease roundup: Rivani scores ice cream shop at Lincoln Theatre
MYKA | Miami Beach A Greek yogurt ice cream shop will open its first U.S. outpost at Robert Rivani’s Lincoln Theatre building in Miami Beach. MYKA will open a 550-square-foot shop on Dec. 8 at Lincoln Theatre, according to a news release from Rivani’s eponymously named firm. Founded in Madrid by Natalia Morales and Javier Ezquerro, MYKA has outposts in 16 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.
