Lease roundup: Stearns Weaver renews nearly 100K sf lease at Moishe Mana-owned tower in downtown Miami
Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson | Miami Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson is staying at downtown Miami’s Museum Tower. The law firm renewed its 96,800-square-foot lease at the tower at 150 West Flagler Street, according to a news release from the landlord’s broker. Museum Tower is near the Miami-Dade County Courthouse. Stephen Rutchik and Ana Paula of Colliers represented the landlord. Tere Blanca and Grant Gassman of Blanca Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Moishe Mana, through his Mana Properties, owns the 28-story Museum Tower.
