Lease roundup: Thrive Arts District lands wellness venue, two company HQs
Steamy Lit Bookstore, Alma Matcha, more | Fort Lauderdale Thrive Arts District in Fort Lauderdale landed six tenants and a lease expansion. Romance-only bookstore Steamy Lit Bookstore took 2,100 square feet; Pottery Studio 1 leased 1,200 square feet; and Dyer Design Glasswork took 772 square feet for an art studio and gallery, according to a news release from the broker’s landlord. Also, C-Alma Wellness Lounge leased 1,700 square feet, where it plans a space for entrepreneurs and professionals to decompress.
