Lease roundup: Wagyu kaiseki on tap for Design District, Nora gets first office tenants

Karyu | Miami Tokyo’s Michelin one-star restaurant Oniku Karyu is making its U.S. debut with Karyu Miami in the Design District.  Karyu Miami will open a 263-square-foot, 12-seat wagyu kaiseki at 40 Northeast 41st Street on Wednesday, according to the tenant’s news release. The restaurant is a partnership between Spicy Hospitality Group and chef Haruka Katayanagi.
