Lease roundup: omakase counter, Southern comfort food restaurants on tap in
YASU Omakase | Miami Chef Yasu Tanaka will open an eight-seat omakase counter in the Miami Design District. Spicy Hospitality Group, led by Andre Sakhai, will open YASU Omakase in a 904-square-foot space on Wednesday at 151 Northeast 41st Street, according to the tenant’s news release. Tanaka is collaborating with chef Raymond Li on the project. The lease comes after Spicy Hospitality opened Milanese trattoria Le Specialità in the Miami Design District late last year.
