Mansions at Acqualina closing tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales
Miami-Dade County’s condo dollar volume dropped last week, despite a boost in sales. Brokers closed 76 condo sales totaling $49 million from Aug. 18 to Aug. 24. The previous week, brokers closed 55 condo sales totaling $94.2 million. Last week’s units sold for an average of $644,907, lower than the $1,713,245 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $493 from $820, according to data from Redfin. For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.3 million to $6.9 million.
