Mark Wahlberg dropped $32.6 million on a flipped mansion in the gated Stone Creek Ranch neighborhood near Delray Beach. Wahlberg’s Closest to Delray LLC, managed by attorneys Stanley Lim and Brian Dentel, bought the mansion at 9200 Rockybrook Way from spec developer Aldo Stark’s Stone Creek Ranch Homes LLC, records show. Senada Adžem with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Michael Costello with Compass brought the buyer.
