Eugene Nonka, the co-founder of MediaAlpha, and his wife dropped a record $51.1 million on an oceanfront Delray Beach estate. Records show Eugene and Olga Nonka’s Pietra Land Trust bought the mansion at 2325 South Ocean Boulevard from eyecare mogul Massimo Musa. It is the most expensive home ever sold in Delray Beach. Jonathan Postma with Coldwell Banker Realty represented both the buyer and the seller.
