Moishe Mana relists waterfront Venetian Islands site for $25M
Developer Moishe Mana relisted a double lot on the Venetian Islands for $25 million, nearly three times what he paid to assemble the land a decade ago. Mana, who has major portfolios in downtown Miami, Wynwood and Allapattah, is again looking to sell the 0.6-acre property at 851 North Venetian Drive in Miami.
