Movers & Shakers: Eastdil Secured lands Florida multifamily practice director
In the latest roundup of South Florida real estate hiring news, top firms made key hires ahead of the region’s busy season. Eastdil Secured brought in Nick Lavin as a director with its National Housing Group, where he will lead the firm’s Florida multifamily practice, according to a press release. Lavin will also support the firm’s work broadly across the Sun Belt, the release shows. Lavin joins Eastdil from JLL, where he worked for more than six years, most recently as a senior director with its Capital Markets team. He will be based in Eastdil’s Miami office.
