Movers & Shakers: Okan taps sales director for Miami EB-5 tower
In the latest roundup of South Florida real estate hiring news, firms made moves ahead of the region’s busy season. Turkish developer Okan Group tapped Michael Sadov of Fortune Development Sales to lead sales at its planned Okan Tower in downtown Miami, according to a press release. The tower, planned for 555 North Miami Avenue, is set to span 70 stories and include a 316-key Hilton hotel, 236 condo-hotel units, 163 condos, 80,000 square feet of amenities and 60,000 square feet of office space.
