More than a week after inaccurate reports surfaced that Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan were in contract on an off-market Indian Creek Island estate, it appears the couple is merely eyeing the island’s only on-market listing, a 2-acre spec estate asking $200 million. The Meta CEO and his wife are in talks regarding the under-construction mansion at 7 Indian Creek Island Road, according to an updated story from the Wall Street Journal.
