Pending $115M sale in Coconut Grove tops signed contracts
A buyer signed a contract to purchase a waterfront Coconut Grove estate that was previously asking $135 million, and is now on the market for $115 million. The pending deal marks the most expensive of 19 contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between Dec. 15 and Dec. 21, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report. It tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service. The properties spent 104 days on the market, on average.
